Welcome Anthony De Santis | October 2017
I welcome Anthony DeSantis to our family of artists. He brings a unique perspective to our world and gives us insight into his. He transforms the familiar and gives it a new life. Sometimes he feels in complete harmony with Mother Nature and illuminates our vision to her wonders of nature.
Anthony reminds us of our own mortality as he celebrates the beauty of life and glorifies the mortal remains once life has left them. Even in the living species he restructures and re-creates these beautiful forms of nature. On his light box he reincarnates one or several beautiful life forms into another into new organic composition. They are forever immortalized and we are mesmerized by their beauty.

Welcome Susan Lawrence | June 2017
I have had the good fortune to have known and exhibited Susan Lawrence’s art in various venues over the years. Her Gia approach to art is reflected in multiple stages in her work and her modus operando. In her landscapes one can reference the Four Elements. They a peaceful and at the same time powerful. Now she been liberated to share with us the feelings and passions of this earth with her Movements in Nature. When curating this current exhibition, I realized that she had been freed. Nature now flows through her and it escapes on to her canvases. Before her art was very harmonious. Now I feel it is more provocative, candid and conformational. True art most move you and evoke some emotional response. Ms. Lawrence succeeds by the pure passion of nature that we do not see, but are only witnesses to its effects. These new works mesmerize. It seems as if she is under the spell while being a conduit of nature. She captures the moods and essence of the land and the sea. In concept she is a minimalist, but in execution the canvases have more dimension. This art is a bold as Turner and Monet for their time. Susan Lawrence’s time is now.
